Every life tells a story. Every person is unique. There’s no one like you.
My job is to listen to your story. To learn what benefits are most important to you when buying a home. To question what it is that makes you unique. Where and how do you work? How do you enjoy your leisure time? Where and how frequently do you interact with family and friends? What is important to you about location? Each answer helps paint a picture of who you are and your special needs, and helps put boundaries on my search for your next home.
Special people My clients are special people. They come from all walks of life and come from all around the country. They are each uncommon, yet I have found them to generally share four characteristics:
1. They are ambitious, yet grounded; 2. They are bright, yet willing to admit what they don’t know; 3. They are interesting, yet interested in others; and 4. They are cost-conscious, yet recognize quality rarely comes cheaply.
The bottom line is that my clients work with me because they are looking for something uncommon; because they know that I know the market; because they like me; because they trust me; and because I take the time to listen to their story to determine what it is that truly makes them unique. Uncommon homes for uncommon people. It is what I do. It is what I do well.
