My Approach to Real Estate

I am different in three fundamental ways.

1.  I find opportunities quicker.   Since 90% of my business comes from working with buyers, listing agents seek me out when they have a particularly interesting property to sell. 
2.  I know the market better.  Since I preview literally hundreds of properties a year, I see the insides of homes and much more of the market than agents who say, list fifteen or thirty homes a year or only work one neighborhood.
3.  I serve you after the sale.   Since I view real estate as a process, I have developed relationships with those who can help you after the sale or purchase with any real estate need, at any point along the way.

The bottom line is that I can save you time by previewing property; I can save you money by educating you about the market and negotiating on your behalf; I can find your home more quickly because I have relationships with a network of agents who call me before property hits the market; and I bring to the table a cadre of real estate professionals who are experts at restoration, preservation, and transformation.  Their services bring richness and personality home, their work is of uncommon quality, and they are all true craftsmen.

My reply is simple: why would you not?  My services cost you nothing.  I work only at your pace.  I listen.  I proceed only after I completely understand your needs and what it is you are trying to accomplish.  I only show property that is within your price range and relevant to you.  And besides.......my wife says I'm a real nice guy (smile).

The bottom line
